Track and Drive Skills Development Progress

Fully aligned to the Aspiration ACD (Accelerated Capability Process), the  Skills Tracking module is used by Line managers and HR professionals to track the progress of assessment and capability discussions. There is also an alternative module that tracks employee competence against a level based competence standard
Detailed Competence guides are developed with a set of Learning Objectives (questions) that are used by the employees as a self directed learning tool. The same questions are used by the manager to assess the employee. There are between 50 and 150 learning objectives for each position depending on the level and complexity of the job. The system also provides the means to link learning resources or solutions to specific learning objectives. These solutions could be on-line courses, subject expert contact details, web sites or any electronic document.
The system uses a simple measurement of signed off learning objectives over the total. The learning objectives for each employee in the company are aggregated to provide a scores by department, position or unit of competence. This measurement method provides the means for management to set targets and utilise short interval measurement to drive accelerated capability development. The software tracks the progress of skills development and provides detailed reporting by individual, section, sub department, department, division and the company as a whole.
