Learning Pathway Management

This module allows for the capture of unique learning pathways for employees in the organisation. These learning pathway activities can be formal courses, e-learning, programmes, engagement with subject experts, exposure to other departments and disciplines and many more. Start and finish dates are added and progress on completion is tracked.

Create Learning Activities and Sub-Activities.
Link learning activities to positions on the system.
Link employees to position activities.
Allows for additional personalisation of activities for that employee.
Country, Region, Department measurement of % completion of activities.
