Details

This comprehensive training programme comprises of a 2 day workshop. On day 1 we focus on legislation and the key theoretical concepts including:

Principles of Assessment
Understanding Outcomes Based Assessment
Preparing for Assessment
Conducting the Assessment
Record Evidence and make assessment judgment
Provide Feedback to Candidates
Review Assessment

On day 2 we cover the preparation of the portfolio of evidence using examples and role plays

We offer the option of a post course evaluation of the delegate conduction an actual assessment. This is a 2 hour session and a full report on the candidate's assessment capability is provided.

Candidates then prepare their portfolios of evidence and submit them to us. If they meet the required standard we register the candidate with the ETDP SETA and they receive their national endorsment number. We will assist candidates to complete their portfolios should they require this.
