Licencing Options

Standard Licence

For the standard agreement a one year software license is purchased up front. This license is renewable annually. The cost of renewal is 20% of the initial purchase and will be subject to inflation linked increases each year thereafter.

Rental is offered at 8% per month of the total cost including maintenance (minimum R750)

The maintenance fee is based on 3% per month of the initial license purchase and will be subject to inflation linked increases to be reviewed one year following implementation. There is a minimum charge of $100 (R750) per month for the maintenance contract.

The software is priced based on the number of employees loaded (Rather than the number of users)
