The Aspiration E-Skills module a web based solution that allows for the management of the competency acquisition process & on-the-job-training in compliance with the Skills Development Act recommendations.
The functionality allows for the assembly of unit standards according to job titles, roles or qualifications and the capability is provided to link employees to these unit standards. Monitor competency acquisition via sophisticated reports by individual, department, grade, unit standard or job title.
