Aspiration evolved from a one man business set up in 1995 by Brian Fenton. Originally known as Fenton Learning the company focused on consulting, training and HR software solutions. The development of the first web based HR software modules called Aspiration prompted the company name change and Aspiration Software (Pty) Ltd was born in 2000.

Since then the company has grown and has been actively involved in the providion on HR software to some of South Africa’s best known companies. Aspiration has also provided HR Software, consulting and Training to a number of other countries on the African Continent

The Management Team

	Brian Fenton Owner/MD Before starting Aspiration, Brian Fenton worked for SABMiller for 20 years in a variety of senior HR and training positions. He was involved in the design and implementation of performance management, competency acquisition as well as a number of systems implementations including SAPHR design. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
